Sultanas Oatmeal Cookies

For the recipe Sultanas Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredient A:

150 g Butter (softened)
100 g Sugar
1 Egg (Large)
1 tsp Dr. Oetker Nona Vanilla Flavour
200 g Brown Sugar
100 ml Milk

Ingredient B:

100 g Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour
100 g Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch
½ tsp Dr. Oetker Nona Baking Soda
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt

Ingredient C:

150 g Dr. Oetker Nona Sultanas
250 g Oats

Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Combine all ingredient B in a mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Stir in ingredient C.

Scoop a tablespoon of dough, roll it on oats and place onto greased baking sheets. Flatten lightly with fork.

Bake at 180˚C for 18-20 minutes.

Beat ingredient A until light and fluffy.
