Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Beat ingredient A until light and fluffy.
Combine all ingredient B in a mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Stir in ingredient C.
Scoop a tablespoon of dough, roll it on oats and place onto greased baking sheets. Flatten lightly with fork.
Bake at 180˚C for 18-20 minutes.
