|150 g||Butter (softened)|
|1 tsp||Dr. Oetker Nona Vanilla Flavour|
|200 g||Brown Sugar|
|100 g||Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour|
|100 g||Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch|
|½ tsp||Dr. Oetker Nona Baking Soda|
|1 tsp||Ground Cinnamon|
|150 g||Dr. Oetker Nona Sultanas|
|250 g||Dr. Oetker Instant Oats|
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Beat ingredient A until light and fluffy.
Combine all ingredient B in a mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Stir in ingredient C.
Scoop a tablespoon of dough, roll it on oats and place onto greased baking sheets. Flatten lightly with fork.
Bake at 180˚C for 18-20 minutes.
