Pour and stir Dr. Oetker Nona Crystal Jelly Strawberry into boiling water gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.
Pour strawberry crystal jelly mixture into 4 glasses and set aside.
Bring water and evaporated milk to boil.
Pour and stir Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original into boiling milk gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.
Pour milk agar-agar mixture over strawberry crystal jelly and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until set before serving.
Tip: If the strawberry crystal jelly layer is harden, scratch the surface with a fork, then spoon the agar-agar mixture over the strawberry crystal jelly layer. The scratches will help to hold the two layers of jelly together.
