For the recipe Saffron Cookies
|1 box||Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts|
|2 tsp||Milk (soak in saffron)|
|50 g||Ground Hazelnut|
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Soak the saffron in the milk for 10 minutes. Place Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts Original, egg, ghee, saffron mixture and cardamom powder in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
On a floured surface, roll the dough approximately 1cm thickness.
With a cookie cutter, cut into desirable shape and place on a baking tray.
Sprinkle some ground almond on top of the cookies.
Bake at 180˚C for 10-15 minutes.
