Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts, butter and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Put dough into a pineapple roll pastry press and press dough out into strips of 5cm length.
Roll Dr. Oetker Nona Pineapple Paste to ball (approximately 1cm diameter).
Place a pineapple ball at one end and roll up the pastry.
Place on baking tray and garnish with egg yolk.
Bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
