Bring milk to boil.
Pour 45g Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original into boiling milk gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
To keep mixture diluted, place coconut milk mixture over a pan of simmering water.
Bring water to boil.
Pour the remaining Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original into boiling water gradually. Add in pandan emulco, continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
Spoon the pandan agar-agar mixture into the jelly mould, wait for few seconds until it is slightly set and spoon coconut milk mixture over the pandan layer. Repeat the process until reach the top of the jelly mould. Set aside for 2 minutes and top with red cherries.
Keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until set before serving.
Tip: If the jelly is completely set before adding another layer, scrape the jelly before pouring another layer on it, so that the layers will attach together.
