Bring milk to boil.

Panaskan susu dalam periuk.

Pour 45g Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original into boiling milk gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat.

Tuangkan 45g Adunan Agar-agar Asli Dr. Oetker Nona ke dalam susu yang mendidih secara perlahan-lahan sambil mengacau.Padamkan api apabila larutan mendidih.

To keep mixture diluted, place coconut milk mixture over a pan of simmering water.

Terus kacau selama 2-3 minit, atau sehingga larutan tidak berbuih.

Bring water to boil.

Untuk memastikan larutan jeli susu kekal cair, letakkan periuk di dalam kuali yang berisi air panas.

Pour the remaining Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original into boiling water gradually. Add in pandan emulco, continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat.

Dalam periuk yang berasingan, panaskan air dengan emulco pandan.

Spoon the pandan agar-agar mixture into the jelly mould, wait for few seconds until it is slightly set and spoon coconut milk mixture over the pandan layer. Repeat the process until reach the top of the jelly mould. Set aside for 2 minutes and top with red cherries.

Tuangkan  Adunan Agar-agar Asli Dr. Oetker Nona ke dalam air yang mendidih secara perlahan-lahan sambil mengacau. Biarkan mendidih selama 2-3 minit kemudian padamkan api. Sudukan agar-agar pandan ke dalam acuan, biarkan memejal pada suhu bilik beberapa saat. Sudukan agar-agar susu ke atas lapisan agar-agar secara perlahan-lahan. Ulangi langkah 6 sehingga semua larutan habis diguna.

Keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until set before serving.

Hiaskan dengan ceri merah dan simpan dalam peti sejuk selama 1-2 jam atau sehingga beku sebelum dihidangkan.
