For Pandan Agar-Agar:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original
200 ml Coconut Milk
200 ml Water
½ tsp Dr. Oetker Nona Pandan Emulco

Bring water and coconut milk to boil, add in pandan emulco.

Pour and stir Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original into boiling water gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.

Pour agar-agar mixture into moulds and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until set before serving.
