For the recipe Overnight Oats
|4 tbsp Dr. Oetker Instant Oats|
|1 tbsp Dr. Oetker Nona Sultanas|
|1 tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)|
|125 ml Milk for a very thick consistency, or up to 200 ml milk for a lighter consistency|
|Top with: blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas or any of your favourite fruits or nuts.|
In a 500ml jar/ bowl, combine oats, sultanas and chia seeds.
Add in milk, stir to combine.
Keep the oats covered in the refrigerator overnight.
Top the oats with your favourite fruits or nuts and enjoy chilled!
Milk can be replaced with soymilk or water. If adding additional sweetener, use honey or maple syrup.
