For the recipe Overnight Oats
|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker Instant Oats|
|1 tbsp||Dr. Oetker Nona Sultanas|
|1 tbsp||Chia Seeds (optional)|
|125 ml||Milk for a very thick consistency, or up to 200 ml milk for a lighter consistency|
|Variety of fresh fruits|
In a 500ml jar/ bowl, combine oats, sultanas and chia seeds.
Add in milk, stir to combine.
Keep the oats covered in the refrigerator overnight.
Top the oats with your favourite fruits or nuts and enjoy chilled!
Milk can be replaced with soymilk or water. If adding additional sweetener, use honey or maple syrup.
