For Bread:

350 g Dr. Oetker Nona Bread Flour
11 g Dr. Oetker Nona Instant Yeast
1 Egg (Large)
2 tsp Orange Zest
50 ml Water
50 g Butter
100 g Sugar
100 ml Orange Juice

Press bread function on the bread maker and wait for the bread to be completely done.

Place Dr. Oetker Nona bread flour, orange juice, water, sugar, egg, butter and Dr. Oetker Nona instant yeast into the pan of Bread Maker.

Once then mixture is well combined put in the orange zest.

Wait until the bread is done.
