For the recipe Oats Mushroom Soup
|100 g||Dr. Oetker Quick Cook Oats|
|1 tbsp||Vegetable Oil|
|1||Red Onion (diced)|
|4 cloves||Garlic (minced)|
|200 g||Fresh Mushroom (sliced)|
Preheat vegetable oil in a wok.
Place red onion, ginger, garlice, salt and pepper, fry over medium heat until fragrant.
Add in Dr. Oetker Quick Cook Oats, mushroom, water and bring it to boil over low heat for 10 minutes or until the oats is cooked.
Serve with garlic bread.
