For Biscuit:

80 g Dr. Oetker Nona Cake Flour
15 g Milk Powder
125 g Potato Flour
125 g Butter
40 g Icing Sugar
Dr. Oetker Nona Rose Red Colour
1 tbsp Dr. Oetker Nona Chocolate Emulco
10 g Black Sesame Seeds
Dark Brown Colour

Preheat oven to 180 ℃

Cream the butter and icing sugar in a mixing bowl for 3 minutes untill fluffy.

Fold in Dr. Oetker Nona Cake Flour, milk powder and potato starch, mix until it form a dough.

Take some small dough, mix with d ifferent food coloring (1-2 dots from a toothpick), to make cow nose, ears and horn. Decorate the eyes with black sesame seeds.

Bake at 180 ℃ for 18-20 minutes. Set aside

Transferred to a cooling rack to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
