Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts, butter and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Roll the dough into balls and gently press the dough with your fingers into greased tart mould.
Use a fork to prick the bottom of the tart shells.
Bake at 180˚C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, set aside to cool.
Mix the dessicated coconut with brown sugar. Spread it on a baking tray in a thin layer.
Bake at 180˚C for 5 to 10 minutes. Stirring it frequently until it tuen golden brown.
Mix the fruit mix with toasted dessicatted coconut.
Fill the filling in the tart shells and serve immediately.
