For Mandarin Orange Brownies:

1 Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Original
2 Eggs (Large)
100 g Vegetable Oil
50 ml Juice from Mandarin Orange
30 g Mandarin Orange Pulp

Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Place Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Original, eggs, butter, juice, and pulp in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combine.

Pour batter in the folded baking tray (16cm x 23cm). Bake at 180˚C for 55 minutes.

Set brownies aside to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Tips

Brownies are ready when they pull away from side of the tray and when a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
