For the recipe Korean Fried Chicken (Yangneyom Chicken)
|1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Original|
|8 pieces Chicken Drumettes|
|White Sesame Seeds|
|2 tbsp Soy Sauce|
|85 g Honey|
|2 tbsp Rice Vinegar|
|2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)|
|2 cloves Garlic (Minced)|
|1 tbsp Ginger (Grated)|
Clean and drain excess water of drumettes. Coat drumettes with whipped egg, set aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.
Coat drumettes with Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour and fry until golden brown.
Mix sauce ingredients in bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok, stir in sauce, and bring to boil.
Coat fried chicken drumettes with the flaming sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
