For the recipe Korean Fried Chicken (Yangneyom Chicken)
|1||Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour Original|
|White Sesame Seeds|
|2 tbsp||Soy Sauce|
|2 tbsp||Rice Vinegar|
|2 tbsp||Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)|
|2 Clove||Garlic (Minced)|
|1 tbsp||Ginger (Grated)|
Clean and drain excess water of drumettes. Coat drumettes with whipped egg, set aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.
Coat drumettes with Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour and fry until golden brown.
Mix sauce ingredients in bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok, stir in sauce, and bring to boil.
Coat fried chicken drumettes with the flaming sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
