For the recipe Greek Yogurt Bread
|280 g||Dr. Oetker Nona Self-Raising Flour|
|500 g||Greek Yogurt|
|1||Egg (mix with 1tsp salt for egg wash)|
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Self-Raising flour, greek yogurt and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
On a floured surface, knead the dough with hands until dough forms.
Divide the dough into 8 portions. Roll the dough into round shape and place on the a floured baking tray.
Egg wash the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes. Serve bread with jam and butter.
