For the recipe Goji Berry Jelly
|2 boxes||Dr. Oetker Nona Konnyaku Jelly Lychee|
|1 tbsp||Goji Berries|
|1 tbsp||Dried Osmanthus|
Soak goji berries in the warm water for 2 minutes, drain.
Bring water to boil. Remove from heat and pour in dried osmanthus. Soak for 5 minutes.
Drain osmanthus and keep the water. Bring the water to boil again.
Pour and stir konnyaku mix into boiling water gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
Add osmantus into konnyaku mixture and stir well. Pour jelly mixture into the mould, with a few goji berries.
Keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until set.
