For the recipe Flourless Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

For Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies:

100 g Butter (softened)
200 g Creamy Peanut Butter
100 g Brown Sugar
2 Eggs (Large)
1 tsp Dr. Oetker Nona Vanilla Flavour
300 g Dr. Oetker Quick Cook Oats
1 ½ tsp Dr. Oetker Nona Baking Soda
50 g Dr. Oetker Nona Almond Strips
100 g Dr. Oetker Nona Chocolate Chips




Preheat oven to 180°C.


Cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar at high speed until smooth.


Add the eggs and vanilla flavour and beat at medium speed until well combined.


Add the oats and baking soda and mix at low speed until just combined.


Stir in the almond strips and chocolate chips.


Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto lined baking tray, keep dough a few inches apart. Slightly flatten the top of each dough with the palm of your hand.


Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
