300 g Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch
100 g Icing Sugar
150 g Unsalted Butter
2 Egg Yolks
60 ml Milk
30 g Milk Powder

For Decoration:

1 tbsp Dr. Oetker Nona Rose Red Colour

Preheat oven to 150°C.

Place butter in a mixing bowl, mix with hand mixer until light and fluffy.

Add in icing sugar and mix well.

Add in egg yolk one at a time, mix well.

Divide milk into 3 batches, add into the dough one batch at a time.

Sift Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch and milk powder into the mixture, mix well with spatula.

Place the dough into piping bag, use mini star nozzel to pipe S shape.

Bake at 150°C for 8 minutes. Dip a toothpick into Dr. Oetker Nona Red Rose Colour to decorate the eyes.
