Combine milk, caster sugar and Dr. Oetker Nona Custard Flour in a pot, cook at medium-low heat. Stir constantly until mixture become thickens and boil. Remove from heat immediately.
Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Donuts Original, Dr. Oetker Nona Instant Yeast, water, butter/ margerine, and egg in a mixing bowl until completely incorporated. Cover and rest the dough for 40 minutes, then roll the dough into 3cm balls.
Preheat the oil to 180°C. Fry donuts until light golden brown then flip the donuts until both sides turn golden brown. Drain excessive oil.
Cut the donut into half and fill it with custard cream. Serve immediately.
