Crushed biscuits, chocolate, nuts and grated coconut. All the ingredients needed for a fancy and elegant type of cookie.

For Cookies:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Cookies Chocolate
1 Egg (Large)
150 g Butter (Softened)

For Cookie Truffles:

300 g Dr. Oetker Nona Cookies Chocolate (Baked)
200 g Cream Cheese

For Decoration:

Dr. Oetker Nona Cooking Chocolate
Dr. Oetker Nona White Cooking Chocolate
Dr. Oetker Nona Cocoa Powder
Dr. Oetker Nona Almond Nibs
Desicated Coconut

Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Cookies Chocolate, butter, and egg in a mixing bowl.

Roll dough into balls and place the dough on baking tray. Flatten the dough slightly.

Bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Crush the baked cookies in the zip lock plastic bag.

Mix the chocolate cookies crumbs and cream cheese in the mixing bowl, mix well.

Roll the dough into one inch balls. Chill for 15 minutes.

Melt cooking chocolate and white cooking chocolate with microwave oven or “double-boil”.

Dip the truffles in melted cooking chocolate and coat with cocoa powder, almond nibs or desiccated coconut.
