Banana Walnut Muffins

From the light sweetness of a vanilla muffin, comes an explosion of flavours from the banana and walnut combination.

For Banana Walnut Muffins:

1 Dr. Oetker Nona Muffins Vanilla
100 ml Vegetable Oil
100 ml Water
3 Eggs (Large)
3 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
50 g Walnuts (crushed)




Preheat oven to 200˚C. Place paper cups in muffin moulds.


Place Dr. Oetker Nona Muffins Vanilla, water and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.


Add in vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute or until batter is light and fluffy.


Fold in banana and walnuts to the batter, stir well.


Divide the batter evenly between the paper cups (each about 2/3 full).


Bake at 200˚C for 15 - 20 minutes.
