Place ingredients A in mixing bowl. Mix the mixture until light and fluffy.
Preheat oven to 170˚C.
Fold in ingredients B gradually. Mix well.
Roll the dough to 6mm thickness on a floured surface. Cut out with alphabetical cookie cutter.
Place cookies dough on a greased baking tray.
Bake at 170˚C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
