For the recipe Almond Cookies
|1 box||Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts|
|200 g||Butter (softened)|
|100 g||Ground Almonds|
|100 g||Whole Almonds|
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Tart Mix, butter, egg & ground almond in a large bowl, mix till dough forms.
Shape dough into balls, about the size of a ping pong ball. Place dough balls about two inches apart on a lined baking pan, and press an almond into the center of each cookie.
Bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Tip: Brush egg white on the dough before placing almond on top so that the almond will be attached to the cookie.
