Enjoy great quality, convenience and taste. Bursting with real fruit sweetness, the Dr. Oetker Nona Sultanas are a wonderful addition for your homemade cookies, muffins, cakes and breads. Just use as indicated in your recipe. As a bonus, you can also add these to your salad or eat them by the handful for a healthy snack.

Sultanas Oatmeal Cookies

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Beat 150 butter (softened), 200g brown sugar, 100g sugar, 100ml milk, 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla flavour until light and fluffy.

Combine 100g plain flour, 100g corn starch, 1tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 baking soda and 1/4 salt in a mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Stir in 250g oats and 150g Dr. Oetker Nona Sultanas.

Scoop a tablespoon of dough, roll it on oats and place onto greased baking sheets. Flatten lightly with fork.

Bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
