Preheat oven to 170°C.
Combine 150g cake flour, 100g icing sugar, 1tbsp milk powder, 1tsp baking powder and 1tsp salt in a mixing bowl. Add in 3 eggs, mix at low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in 100g butter and 2tsp vanilla flavour, mix well.
Fold in 150g Dr. Oetker Nona Golden Raisins (mixed with 1tbsp of flour) and stir a little.
Pour batter into a rectangle baking pan (22cm x 12cm). Bake at 170°C for 55-60 minutes.
