Dr. Oetker Nona Professional Sponge Cake Chocolate is chocolatey light, fluffy, tall and beautiful. It can be easily enhanced as you wish or just eat it on its own.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line two 24cm round cake pan with grease proof paper.
Place 500g Dr. Oetker Nona Sponge Cake Mix, 500g eggs and 125ml water in a mixing bowl, mix at low speed for 1 minute. After that, mix at high speed for 6 minutes.
Add in 125g vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute.
Divide better evenly between 2 cake pans. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
