Dr. Oetker Nona Professional Chocolate Sponge Cake is chocolatey light, fluffy, tall and beautiful. It can be easily enhanced as you wish or just eat it on its own. Pack size: 1 X 15kg

 

 

Preparation Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line two 24cm round cake pan with grease proof paper.

Place 500g Dr. Oetker Nona Sponge Cake Mix, 500g eggs and 125ml water in a mixing bowl, mix at low speed for 1 minute. After that, mix at high speed for 6 minutes.

Add in 125g vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute.

Divide better evenly between 2 cake pans. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
