Professional Muffin Vanilla

Dr. Oetker Nona Professional Vanilla Muffins has a lovely tall domed top with a firm, slightly moist texture and rich fragrance of vanilla. It is versatile - can be twisted into a variety of muffin variants. Pack size: 4 X 3kg

 

 

Preparation Method

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place paper cups in muffin moulds.

Place 425g Dr. Oetker Nona Muffin Mix, 100ml water and 3 eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Add in 100ml vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute.

Scoop batter into the paper cups (each about 2/3 full). Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
