Empty the content of the pouch into a pot. Add 3000ml milk and 900ml cream, stir with a whisk.
Place the mixture over low heat and stir until boiling. Remove from heat after 1 minute.
Pour the mixture into ramekins or heat resistant cups. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or freezer for 20 minutes.
Sprinkles sugar on cream, and carameliza it with the upper grill of oven or a torch before serving.
