Dr. Oetker Nona Professional Brownies is rich, moist and fudgy. It is versatile - can be twisted into a variety of brownie variants. Pack size: 4 X 3kg

 

 

Preparation Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place 400g Dr. Oetker Nona Brownie Mix, 50ml water and 2 eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Add in 100ml vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute.

Pour batter into the baking tray (26cm x 16cm). Bake at 180°C for 55 minutes.
