Konnyaku Jelly Lychee

With Dr. Oetker Nona Konnyaku Jelly Lychee premix, the sweet taste of lychee is coupled with a great, chewy texture to make a simply delicious dessert. As a bonus, this treat is easy to make- perfect as a refreshing snack after meals.

Tip: For an added burst of flavour, place lychees into the mould before adding the jelly mix.

Preparation Method

Bring 400ml water to boil.

Pour and stir Dr. Oetker Nona Konnyaku Lychee premiix into boiling water gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat.

Pour konnyaku mixture into mould and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until set before serving.
