Tarts

Make a scrumptious pastry that is just the right degree of crumbly and buttery with the Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts mix. This versatile mix lets you make the perfect tarts of your choice - be they pineapple tarts, chocolate tarts, egg tarts, cheese tarts or anything else your heart (and stomach) desires!

Tip: Garnish with fruit slices for a refreshing treat.

Preparation Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts Mix, butter and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

On a floured surface, roll the dough to 0.5cm thickness. Cut the dough into shapes with cookies cutter.

Roll Dr. Oetker Nona Pineapple Paste into balls, put them on every cut dough. Place on a lined baking tray, flatten a little and then coat the tart with egg yolk.

Bake at 180°C for 15 - 18 minutes.
