Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts Mix, butter and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
On a floured surface, roll the dough to 0.5cm thickness. Cut the dough into shapes with cookies cutter.
Roll Dr. Oetker Nona Pineapple Paste into balls, put them on every cut dough. Place on a lined baking tray, flatten a little and then coat the tart with egg yolk.
Bake at 180°C for 15 - 18 minutes.
