Pancakes Buttermilk

Enjoy the soft buttery texture and sweet aroma of pancakes made with the Dr. Oetker Nona Pancake Buttermilk premix. Yielding the perfect flavour and texture, they make a wonderful canvas for making your comfort food- just the way you like it.

Tip: For an alternative to a birthday cake, try stacking the pancakes, drizzling them generously with chocolate syrup and topping them with colourful sprinkles and, of course, some birthday candles. Voila! Enjoy your birthday pancakes!

Preparation Method

Preheat a crepe pan. Pan is ready when drops of water sizzle and disappear.

Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Pancake Buttermilk with vegetable oil, water and egg. Stir well.

3

Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook for 1½ minute. When the bubbles at the edge of the batter pop and a hole is left which does not immediately close up, flip the cake gently.

4

Cook the other side for 1½ minute or until golden.
