Banana Cake

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Place 200g castor sugar, 4 eggs and 250ml oil in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 3-5 minutes or until batter turns white. Add in 4 to 5 mashed banana and mix well.

Fold in 250g Dr. Oetker Nona Cake Flour, 1tsp baking powder and 1tsp baking soda gradually while stirring. Then, add in 1tsp vanilla essence and 1tsp banana flavor, stir well.

Pour batter into a baking pan. Bake at 170°C for 55-60 minutes.
