Try this recipe with bread flour
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place 300g Dr. Oetker Nona bread flour, 11g yeast, 1 egg, 50g sugar and 1/2 tsp salt in a mixing bowl, mix well. Add 100ml water and 50g margarine. Mix at medium speed until dough forms.
On floured surface, knead the dough with hands until smooth and elastic. Place dough in a bowl and cover with wet damp cloth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Remove dough from bowl and pound it gently to remove the air trapped inside. Cut the dough to approximately 40g and roll it to 15-20cm length. Wrap the dough around a sausage. Garnish with egg yolk and sesame seeds. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
