Place the custard powder and vanilla flavour with 100ml of milk. Whisk to make a smooth paste and make sure no lumps form.

Campurkan tepung kastad dan perisa vanilla dengan 100ml susu. Kacau sebati, pastikan tiada ketulan tepung.

Boil the rest of the milk over a saucepan. While stirring, gradually pour agar-agar mix into boiling milk. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes.

Didihkan susu yang baki di dalam periuk. Tuangkan adunan agar-agar dengan perlahan-lahan ke dalam susu sambil mengacau. Terus mengacau dan biarkan mendidih selama 2 minit.

Remove the saucepan from the flame and add in custard mixture gradually while stirring.

Padamkan api dan masukkan larutan kastad secara perlahan-lahan sambil mengacau.

Put the saucepan back to the flame and cook for 1 minute, stir continuously to avoid lumps in the custard.

Masak sekali lagi selama 1 minit. Terus mengacau supaya tidak membentuk ketulan kastad.

Pour the mixture into moulds and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Tuangkan larutan ke dalam acuan dan simpan dalam peti sejuk selama 1-2 jam.

Garnish with red cherries when serving.

Hiaskan dengan ceri merah dan daun pudina apabila dihidangkan.
